Education has the power to transform lives. As professionals, we recognize the importance of quality education in achieving our goals. That’s why LPO has chosen to support  Nacionalinė moksleivių akademija (The National Student Academy), an institution providing exceptional educational opportunities to  talented and  very dedicated children across Lithuania. This initiative helps bridge the gap between regional and metropolitan education, ensuring that talented students from all backgrounds have access to advanced learning.

Why We Do Charity:

LPO is deeply committed to investing in the youth of Lithuania, nurturing the next generation of leaders and innovators. Our philanthropic initiative supports The National Student Academy, a vital institution for developing young minds. LPO has allocated 30% of membership fees and fundraising efforts to focus on education and the advancement of Lithuanian youth.

We are also proud to announce the success of our recent charity initiative, which raised an additional 16,100 NOK. These funds allowed more children to participate in a summer camp, providing them with valuable learning experiences and personal growth opportunities.

Our Core Focus:

Mentorship is a powerful tool for personal and professional development. The LT Big Brother Mentorship Program connects experienced Lithuanian professionals with young talent, guiding them through career choices, personal growth, and life challenges. This program fosters relationships that help young Lithuanians navigate their paths to success both in Norway and globally.

Why We Do It:

LPO believes in the value of mentorship as a means of giving back to the community and strengthening connections within the diaspora. By mentoring the next generation, we ensure that knowledge and experience are passed on, helping young professionals achieve their full potential.

Oslo Innovation Week (OIW) is an annual event that showcases cutting-edge ideas, startups, and projects from across the globe. LPO organizes these events to enhance cooperation between Lithuania and Norway  in the scientific and business sectors. These initiatives aim to foster collaboration, exchange knowledge and expertise, and explore potential business opportunities. 

Why We Do It:

OIW aligns with LPO’s mission to foster innovation and professional growth. By engaging in this event, we connect with a global network of innovators and entrepreneurs, bringing new ideas and opportunities to the Lithuanian professional community based in Oslo.
