LNCC Annual General Meeting 2019

On 2019.05.06 the Board of the Lithuanian – Norwegian Chamber of Commerce (LNCC) held an Annual General Meeting 2019 at DNB Head Quarters in Oslo.

Chairman of the Board, Tom O. Kleppestø presented the achievements of LNCC during 2018 and plans for 2019. In 2019 LNCC turns 5 and thus a special arrangement is expected in August, 2019.

It was also announced that one of LNCC board members, Ausra Vankeviciute had to resign due to increased her workload and traveling. The vacation is open and thus, the Board encourages applicants to apply. Please contact via mail(at)lncc.no

TRADE MISSION TO NORWAY 16-19 October, 2017

The Lithuanian-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce (LNCC), together with the Norwegian-Lithuanian Chamber of Commerce (NLCC), in partnership with Enterprise Lithuania and the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania in Oslo, is taking a select group of Lithuanian companies in the construction sector to explore business opportunities in the Norwegian market and form relations with key local contacts.

This mission is to meet with new businesses, participate in pre-arranged individual business meetings, visit a leading Norwegian trade fair in the building and construction sector, and learn about building practices from Norwegian companies during site visits.

Liquefied natural gas (LNG) vessel Independence reached Lithuania in 2014 as the guarantor of the Baltic region’s energy supply. Vessel’s goal is to reduce Baltic states dependence on Russian gas.

Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance visiting Oslo

BIGG m logoOn the 5th and 6th of June Lithuanian-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce had the pleasure to be invited to welcome an international business delegation – this time 30+ CEOs from the Baltics, most of them coming from Lithuania.

The delegation met the representatives from DNB, Selvaag, Gjensidige, Innovation Norway, Höegh LNG, Ministry of Trade and Industry and Oslo Børs. The aim of the delegation was to invite the CEOs from the Baltics to learn the best practice of Corporate Governance and promote the Baltic region as a business partner.
